Campaign day proves successful
This past Saturday (23rd Feb) saw an extremely successful campaign day for Sheffield Conservative Future. Out in Penistone and Stockbridge, the leaflet delivering proved highly useful for local candidates as an impressive number of CF members gave up their saturday to aid in the campaigning.
It proved an enjoyable day with lunch and drinks provided! Check out the pictures in 'Gallery'

Successful Refresh Fair
The Conservative Future of Sheffield were out in full last Wednesday at the refresh fair in the University. The turnout was great and many new members signed up for the weekely Tuesday meetings.
Sharing a stand with both the Labour and Lib Dem activists did not prove a problem and in fact provided amusement among the fresher's walking through. It was a conversation starter! A future football tournament was even arranged among the competing parties!
As always the Boris posters and leaflets flew off the stand but many also took the CF leaflets that were especially updated and printed for the occasion. Hopefully we will see many new members attending the meetings due to this event!

During a trip to the famous political radio programme 'Any Questions', which was visintg Sheffield, Conservative Future members met Alan Duncam MP. The evening was eventful in more than one way- with a member of the Sheffield Conservative Future being chosen to ask his question. A good evening had by all, with come rather amusing and controversial answers given to the probing questions asked.
